Account Creation:

Content Moderation:
iGrawe may review, edit, or remove content that violates these guidelines. Accounts that repeatedly violate Terms may be suspended or terminated.
Content Review Process:
Some submissions may be reviewed before publication, typically within three working days.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content:
You retain ownership of your creations. By posting, you grant iGrawe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the ecosystem.
Platform Content:
iGrawe's platform, including design, technology, and materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

We respect IP rights and comply with Rwanda IP law. Report infringements at community@igrawe.org.
5. Payments and Refunds
Purchases:

Security Violations:

Abuse & Spam:

- • Manipulating ratings or reviews
- • Automated data scraping
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGrawe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use arising from your use of the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Termination
Account Termination:

Effect of Termination:
