Womanhood in ATS

There was a time when the term "woman" and everything it represented were clear and straightforward. In traditional African society, "woman" had a well-defined meaning, and womanhood encompassed the collective experiences, stories, responsibilities, and roles associated with being a woman.

As the years have passed and the African continent has opened up to the Western world, the concept of womanhood has become more complex, leading to confusion and differing expectations. In our exploration of womanhood, we revisit the eras when being a woman was distinctly defined. We examine the reasons behind these definitions, the incredible stories, and the harsh realities that shape the understanding of womanhood.
